Because every product is handmade and personalized:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to differences between screens and printed materials.

  • Minor cropping or adjustments may be necessary to fit your selected product.

  • Small variations are considered normal and are not defects.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is required in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.

LUMi Moments is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The item is defective.

  • We made an error with your order.
